District 9 4 1/2 Stars

This was one hell of a good movie. This was an original film which is a rare find in Hollywood. I like how it remind me of Independence day and Aliens but with a documentary feel to it. But this is not a documentary film. This ...is a hardcore Sci-Fi film, the aliens looks amazing it also had some great special effects. This was directed by a first time filmmaker and he did an outstanding job.

The Traveler's Wife 4 Stars

This film was a very good film it had some touchy moments where some tears will come to your eyes. Not saying it happen to me (Won't Admit it). This is from a adaptation from a novel. I never read the nov...el so i cannot compare it from the book.
The acting was great and the two main stars had good chemistry together. This is a film couples can go together and both enjoy it.

G.I. Joe: 3 Stars

Well G.I. Joe is the type of movie that if you walk into not expecting too much from the film you can actually like it. The story is a little far fetch but you can over look it because of the action and for the fells the two main chicks are very hot and tough as a rock. The best of the fight scenes are with the two ninja. Overall if you are looking for a popcorn flick check out this film.

Julie & Julia: 4 1/2 Stars

A film that had all the ingredients that make up a great film. I recommended not seeing this film on a empty stomach because you will be so hungry after seeing this film. They makes some great food in this film that i wish i could cook while watching this film. The acting and the story was outstanding but you expect that with this cast. This film is one movie you don't want to miss.

A Perfect Getaway: 2 1/2 Stars

A Perfect Getaway should be called A Not So Perfect Getaway. The problem with the film is it so predictable you guess who the killer is in the first 20 mins. The only good thing about the film is the scenery of Hawaii is beautiful. That is the problems with thriller lately they are ll the same give me a great thriller. God I wish Alfred Hitchcock was still alive we need a good thriller.
